Two Chicago Overcoat Special Holiday Screenings will take place on Sunday, December 27, 2009 at 2:00 pm and 5:30 pm at the Beverly Arts Center (2407 W. 111th St.). In the spirit of the holidays, Beverly Ridge Pictures will be giving back to the community by donating half of the proceeds to the Beverly Arts Center, and the other half to the Maple Morgan Park Food Pantry. Non-perishable food donations will also be accepted at the door to help feed the homeless.
Chicago Overcoat executive producer and longtime Beverly resident JoAnne Moss, and associate producer/director of photography Kevin Moss will be attending the screenings, along with writer/producer John W. Bosher and co-star Danny Goldring ("The Fugitive"). Supporting actor Martin Shannon ("The Devil’s Dominoes"), who began his acting career at the Beverly Arts Center 20 years ago, will also be attending. Join the filmmakers and actors for a Q&A with the audience after the 5:30 pm screening.
Tickets are $7 for general admission ($5 for BAC members) and can be purchased at the door or by calling the box office (773) 445-3838. Free parking is available in the BAC lot adjacent to the building. More information can be found at:
